Teresa was hands-down AMAZING and the reason my family had the BEST time visiting Disney World in November 2023!
I hadn't gone in 20+ years and it was a first visit for my husband and two kids... it felt overwhelming and tbh almost impossible to learn and plan everything (we both have demanding jobs plus managing the young kids, and why does it feel like you need a degree in Disney Parks to understand it all?) I wondered if it would be too much work and stress to be worth it...
Enter Teresa! She made the whole process so easy and smooth, took the time to really learn about what we wanted, created a detailed itinerary and took care of all the reservations (including last-minute changes), gave us just the right amount of info before the trip, then was in touch with us every day of the trip to help with whatever we needed.
